After the Interview: Telephone Follow Up

Typically, during an interview you will be informed of the company's hiring timeline. However, if the interviewer does not provide this information, be sure to ask what their timeline is for filling the position. If you have not heard back within the timeframe, it would be appropriate to contact the interviewer, restate your interest in the position, and ask where they're at in the hiring process.
