Tricky Interview Questions: Part I
"What kind of manager do you find the most difficult to work for?" When answering a question like this, don't focus on the negative, but turn the question around and focus on the type of boss which brings out the best in you. For example, "I work best when my boss provides me with instructions and then lets me complete the project with minimal supervision."
