Why are clients seeking new jobs?

Since January 2009, I have been tracking why clients are seeking new positions. Here is what I've found out as of May 15, 2009: 43% cite the economy (layoffs or pending layoffs), 39% just want a change, and 18% are seeking a new position due to graduation/student status.
